Gütersloh

The Gütersloh office was founded in 1977 by Prof. Dr. Burghard Piltz. From the start, cross-border commercial law issues were the focus of the attorneys and notaries working at this office. Today the attorneys and notaries of the Gütersloh office primarily provide advice in international goods distribution and corporate law. Other focal points are national and international protection of industrial property, inheritance law and the support of judiciary and arbitrational procedures abroad.
