The Hanover office was set up in 2011 by four former partners of Schindhelm Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. The focus in Hanover is placed on comprehensive consultation and forensic support for small- and medium-sized enterprises regarding all types of commercial law issues, including without limitation labor law, trade and corporate law, as well as the protection of industrial property rights. The representation of clients in proceedings concerning commercial or tax offenses plays a special role. The office furthermore represents credit institutions in the area of banking and capital investment law.
