Labor Law

One of our firm's specialties is advising small and medium-sized companies on labor and employment law. The services offered by BRANDI's Labor and Employment Law Specialist Group range from supporting human resources departments in their day-to-day work to advising companies on labor law questions in connection with the acquisition, disposal, restructuring, and closure of companies or plants. We stand behind our clients with practicable solutions. This includes supporting our clients in labor law disputes of any kind – including in decision-making procedures under the works constitution. In case of larger-scale measures, we develop the concepts together with our clients, negotiate with unions and works councils (including in conciliation committee procedures), and represent our clients in any subsequent labor court proceedings. Our clients appreciate our know-how, experience and forecasting reliability, our ability to identify opportunities for negotiation, and our practical skills in resolving conflicts. Where necessary, we work in teams with specialists from our other offices and other legal fields.
