Asset planning, succession, succession law

In the US, estate planning has been a top area for law offices for decades. As private assets are also increasing in Europe, the objective of our work group consisting of attorneys, tax attorneys and notaries is to establish optimal legal structures for the purchase, sale and management of private assets and to offer this to our clients.

Private assets must be effectively acquired and sold abroad in a manner that will retain the capital‘s value. The selection of the correct legal form is of special consideration when it comes to managing assets abroad. Provisions must be made for divorce or death of clients who have a share in the assets. The advantages that the respective applicable civil and tax law offers must be exploited.
