Our practice focuses, e.g., on consulting small- and medium-sized companies with regard to labor law issues. In particular, we deal with the implementation of restructurings and company closures. Together with our clients we prepare a concept, negotiate with unions and works councils (including arbitration proceedings) and assume representation in subsequent labor law proceedings. Our clients value our practical know-how and our distinct grasp of negotiations. If required in the individual case (e.g., as part of a due diligence), we work in cross-practice teams comprised of specialists from other areas.
